AOP Limoux. 100% Chardonnay. 7 to 8 months in barrel, then aged in bottle for several more months. Aromas of pineapple, peach, apricot, almond, toast and white flower. Elegant and mineral in the mouth, with a subtly buttered texture and a long finish.
