The grapes come from old Grenache vineyards with low yields, located on hills at 700-1000 meters of altitude. Mainly planted in metamorphic rock soils and clayey gravel. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine reaches great complexity after spending 12 months in French oak barrels.
