Frind’s traditionally made, bottle fermented Sparkling Brut is beautifully composed of Riesling and Chardonnay. The continuous bubbles create a soft mouthfeel and pop with aromas of ripe pear, citrus and toast. Okanagan Valley Vineyards were harvested early to keep the needed acidity or the second fermentation process. The bottles were laid to rest for 15 months for second fermentation, marrying the flavours in the bottle before being disgorged by hand. Made of 76% Riesling and 24% Chardonnay.
