This 100% Grenache cuve comes mainly from the unique terroir of "La Crau", hillsides of red clay surmounted by rolled pebbles deposited by the Rhône thousands of years ago. The aging is carried out in old oak barrels for 5 years for this 2011. The color is dark ruby, slightly hazy. The nose is very intense, with notes of kirched cherry, blood orange, grapefruit, wilted rose petals, violet and leather.
