Wildblume means wildflower in German and is named after the Arrowleaf Balsamroot flowers that grow in the hills of the Okanagan Valley every spring. It is a refreshing brut sparkling wine made with Vidal and Auxerrois using the charmat method (mthode cuve close). Bright, floral, honeydew and lemon aromas. On the palate it is light and lively, with lingering floral and lemon aromas. This is the perfect wine for an outdoor lunch, as an aperitif before dinner or for a celebration at any time.
