From two parcels, Les Barilles and Les Faucherets located mid-slope in the village of Vertus. The soils are a combination of limestone and chalk and the wine was vinified in a combination of stainless steel, large barrels and barrique. Zero dosage was added after disgorging making it a focused, dry and deilghtful Champagne. Age for years to come or decant quickly and enjoy today. Drink with a moderate chill.
