A blend of Arinto (40%), Fernão Pires (30%), Vital (15%) and Sauvignon Blanc (15%). Grapes are hand-picked, then destemmed and slightly crushed. Maceration of the skins is carried out at 8-10ºC in order to extract essential flavours and colour. Femerneted cold and aged 3 months in stainless steel before bottling! This white blend is fresh, fragrant and fruity with well balanced acidity and a lingering finish. No wonder it’s always a favourite!
