For this naturally colored Black Gin, botanicals like Juniper, Rooibos & Spruce are distilled using a traditional copper pot still. Our distinct blend of black truffles & hand foraged mushrooms like Morel, Blue Oyster, Shiitake & Chanterelles are distilled with our very unique vacuum still. Sustainably foraged Salal berries adds an elegant sweetness on the palate. Watch this Black Gin evolve into a sultry bright violet when tonic is added! Our bottles are made from 100% recycled glass. We rest the gin in traditional Italian clay amphorae.
