Fermented in one year old French oak and aged a further 7 months in barrels with battonage bi-weekly for an increased mid-palate creamy structure. The resulting wine has a tropical fruit nose, full creamy palate & a good clean finish with hints of oak throughout. Great with seafood & light pasta.
