Eric Lorenz of Lorenz Agave Spirits, and Chef Randall Rosa of Los Angeles' Sublime Food Lounge team up for a gastronomic adventure pairing 4 courses with the entire Fidencio Mezcal lineup: Clasico, Unico, Pechuga, and Tobala, served both neat and in cocktails.  Guests will also learn what makes artisanal mezcals and about Fidencio's more than 100-year history of mezcal production, all in Mr. Lorenz' engaging and entertaining style.
