In this seminar learn the rules and regulations around the region of Prosecco, what the difference is between DOC and DOCG all while sampling some of the best Proseccos in the British Columbia market today. Each Prosecco will have a food pairing, including sushi, fresh fruit and dessert. Your host is Annie Lau,a graduate of the professional chef’s training program at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts at Granville Island and a certified Sommelier. Annie has been an importer of fine boutique wineries focusing mainly on small award winning producers from Italy for many years.
