ORDERS FOR KEGS CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR IN STORE. THESE ARE SOME GUIDELINES WE MUST FOLLOW FOR A DELIVERY OF A KEG AND ITS ACCESSORIES.
1. THE CARD HOLDER ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD CHARGED MUST BE PRESENT WITH A VALID PICTURE ID WITH BIRTH YEAR.
2. WE WILL DENY DELIVERY OF THE KEG IF ANYONE UNDERAGE OR THOSE WITH NO ID ARE PRESENT AT THE LOCATION UPON DELIVERY.
3. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 4 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY, FREE DELIVERY TO UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE CAMPUSES IN VANCOUVER (CALL STORE TO VERIFY DELIVERY LOCATION).
4. ALL RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED ON OR BEFORE THE 5TH DAY FROM RECEIVING THE EQUIPMENT FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT.
5. ALL KEGS AND ALL KEG ACCESSORIES MUST BE RETURNED TO RECEIVE ANY DEPOSIT BACK. ONCE AGAIN TO RELEASE THE FULL DEPOSIT WE REQUIRE ALL KEGS AND THE KEG ACCESSORIES RETURNED BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE THE DEPOSIT.
