This is Vancouver's longest running and biggest cocktail and food-pairing competition, offering a high level creative event for apprentice and veteran bartenders across British Columbia. Nick will walk guests through ten rums - blind of course! Can you tell the difference between a Cuban rum and a Dominican? Nick is a judge at both national and international rum competitions, most recently at the 2011 Caribbean Rum and Beer Festival in Barbados.
